Setting up Static IP Addressing for Game Point!
Windows XP, 2000: If you’re running Windows XP or 2000, open up the
Control
Panel
and then double-click
Network Connections
. Double-click
Local Area
Connection
. Highlight
Internet Protocol (TCP/IP
) and click
Properties
. Select
Use the following IP address
. Enter an IP address of
10.0.0.100
and a subnet
mask of
255.255.255.0
and click
OK
. Then close the windows you’ve opened.
Windows Me or 98: If you’re running Windows Me or 98, open up the
Control
Panel
and then double-click
Network
. Highlight the TCP/IP Ethernet port
you’re using for Game Point! and then click
Properties
. Select
Use the following
IP address
or
Specify an IP Address
. Enter an IP address of
10.0.0.100
and a
subnet mask of
255.255.255.0
and click
OK
. Then close the windows you’ve
opened.
