Specify in Longitude/Latitude the data range you want to download and display.
Click the [Next>] button. The Create a new map dialog is displayed.

Specify the map parameters: Map name, Map template, Map scale (by clicking
the [Scale] button the default map scale - based on the data range and map
template - will be displayed), and Map Titles. Note that, the default map
projection is displayed in the Coordinate system box.
4. Click the [OK] button to display the map. Note that, latitude/longitude surrounds
are drawn on the map by default.
