Temporarily Disabling Email Filtering
If you are having problems sending or receiving email you can temporarily disable the
Email Filtering services.
To temporarily disable Email Filtering
1. Click Services in the main menu, and click the Email Filtering tab.
The Email Filtering page appears.
2. Click Snooze.
• Email Antivirus and Email Antispam are temporarily disabled for all internal
network computers.
• The Snooze button changes to Resume.
