3. 2 Cutout Style: Remove black rivet by pulling it straight up.
Then remove plastic isolator.
3A. Original Style: Remove 2 screws, and lift out shield.
4. Remove 3 cables from the control board. 5. Remove display by lifting from the bottom.
Note: During reassembly, sit display in the bottom first and then push
down on top.
