VR2 CONTROLLER
The Zip'r Mantis is equipped with a high quality VR2 joystick controller. This controller comes
in two versions; with actuator lift buttons and without actuator lift buttons. See Figures 11a and
11b for a detailed description of the functions performed by the VR2 joystick controller.

On/Off Button and Battery Gauge
The on/off button applies power to the control system electronics, which in turn supply power to
the power chair's motors. Do not use the on/off button to stop the power chair unless there is an
emergency. (If you do, you may shorten the life of the power chair drive components).
The battery gauge shows you that the power chair is switched on. It also indicates the operating
status of the power chair.
Horn Button
The horn will sound while this button is depressed.
