Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 36” away from the front of the fireplace. Never install the fireplace where it may fall into a bathtub or other body of water. Wear safety gloves and safety glasses for protection during installation. Broken glass may cause injury or harm.

Take the fireplace out of the packaging and place it on a flat, non-abrasive surface. 2. Remove the screws holding the wall mount bracket to the back of the fireplace with a Phillips-head screwdriver. The bracket must be held tightly while screws are being removed to avoid them from falling on the fireplace and causing damage or injury. 3.

Please remove glass panel as per instructions below: Tools Needed: - Phillips Screwdriver Instructions: 1. Remove the 2 screws shown (1 on each side of the fireplace) to unlock the glass panel from the fireplace. Keep the screws in a safe place for reinstallation when the glass panel is reinstalled on the fireplace. 2.

The hooks in the bracket MUST be pointed away from the wall, upward, and level. Note: Mount bracket to at least 2 studs. If 2 studs cannot be used, ensure that the supplied dry wall anchors are used to affix the bracket to the wall and the bracket is adequately secured before moving to the next step. 6.

To achieve the desired look, the user can install either the faux log bed or the glass crystals. Both options cannot be used at the same time. Faux Log Installation Instructions 1. With the glass panel removed, place the faux log bed in place. 2. If using the fire log, please move to p. 15 and install the glass panel.

Wall Mounted Electric Fireplace 16 Installing The Glass Panel Once the fireplace is ready for use, reinstall the glass panel. Tools Needed: - Phillips Screwdriver Instructions: 1. Reinstall the glass panel on the fireplace. Line up the glass panel with the firebox and move the glass panel down to lock the glass panel in place. 2. Once the glass panel is reinstalled on the fireplace, secure the glass panel with the 2 glass panel screws removed earlier, as shown on p. 11.
Wall Mounted Electric Fireplace 17 Operating Fireplace Once the fireplace has been plugged into a grounded outlet, the fireplace is now ready for operation. Ensure that the house circuit breakers for the power supply are turned on. Power Plug the power cable into a 110v 15 amp grounded outlet. Make sure the outlet is in good condition and that the plug is not loose. NEVER exceed the maximum amperage for the circuit. DO NOT plug other appliances into the same circuit.
