Combine the remaining 1 piece (D5),(D6) and the (D8),(D10) to the (D4) then tighten the 4 pieces (A)-(pre insert in step
1,2,4 and 5) as shown.
Combine the (D3) to the (D5),(D6),(D8) and (D10) then tighten the another 4 pieces (A)-(pre insert in step 1,2,4 and 6)
as shown.
