OUR WATERTITE GUARANTEE

WATERTITE MOLD & MILDEW-PROOF*WATER-PROOFING PAINT is backed by a LIFETIME GUARANTEE to provide a

waterproof finish when applied to bare masonry surfaces according to label directions except when leaks are due to settlement cracks

or surface deterioration. In addition, WATERTITE is guaranteed for FIVE YEARS from the date of application to provide protection of

the dried paint film from mold & mildew when two coats are applied according to label directions.

Application of coatings other than PERMA-WHITE

Mold & Mildew-Proof* Paints nullifies the mold & mildew protection portion of this

warranty. The contents of this product are warranted to be free of defects for two years from date of manufacture. All warranties and

guaranties are limited to replacement or refund value of product actually used when supported by proof of purchase. Label directions

are as complete as possible but cannot encompass all conditions, applications and/or surfaces beyond our control. If you have a
