Sealer. If necessary, lightly sand new drywall after
priming to remove any raised nap fibers.
Painted Surfaces A fresh paint job always looks better if previously painted surfaces are primed first. Bulls Eye Oil-Base
sticks to glossy surfaces without sanding to ensure a worry-free paint project over enameled doors or trim. It’s ideal for
priming walls painted with cheap builder’s flats, spackled areas and dingy, yellowed ceilings. Spot prime only if topcoat is a
high hiding flat paint; otherwise, prime the entire surface.
Stain Killing Effectively blocks common interior stains including water, smoke nicotine, crayon most types of marker and
ink, graffiti and pencil and prevents them from bleeding and ruining your paint job.
Application Data
Surface Preparation Surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and fee of dust, dirt excessive chalky material, grime, grease, oil, wax,
mildew, wallpaper adhesive or any contamination that may interfere with adhesion. If unsure, always wash surface with an
appropriate cleaning solution or solvent (do not use TSP as a cleaner). Remove any unsoundly adhered coatings.

CAUSE SERIOUS ILLNESS, SUCH AS BRAIN DAMAGE, ESPECIALLY IN CHILDREN. PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD ALSO AVOID
EXPOSURE. Wear a NIOSH-Approved respirator to control lead exposure. Clean up carefully with a HEPA vacuum and a wet mop.

high-hiding top coat paints. For best results, prime entire surface before painting.
