BULLS EYE ZERO is a high performance, eco-friendly water-base primer for interior and exterior applications. The
clean air formula utilizing unique high performance polymers provides a fast drying, low odor primer/sealer with excellent
adhesion, enamel holdout and stain blocking properties. Bulls Eye Zero delivers all of the performance with none of the
odors or solvents that contribute to poor air quality.
Great for residential, institutional or commercial use in schools, hospitals, hotels, nursing homes, restaurants, etc.
Recommended Uses:
PRIMING: Use on interior and exterior new or previously painted drywall, wood (pine, fir, cedar, redwood, plywood, T1-
11), cured plaster, masonry (stucco, cement, poured concrete, concrete block), hardboard, vinyl, PVC, fiberglass, tile,
metal (aluminum, steel, clean galvanized metal). Adheres to tough surfaces such as chalky exterior siding and trim, high
gloss enamels, old varnish, tile, clean galvanized metal and hardboard.
SEALING: Seals unpainted porous surfaces, extending the coverage of the topcoat. The ideal under-coater for oil or
latex enamels, provides the high holdout and smooth sanding necessary to prevent variations in topcoat gloss.
STAIN BLOCKING: Locks in stains such as residual nail head rust, asphalt, creosote, tannin bleed from cedar or
redwood, lipstick, crayon, oil, grease, handprints, most ball point and felt tipped pen marks. Note: when priming over
bare cedar or redwood, allow 24 hours dry time before painting. Persistent stains may require a second coat.
Surface Preparation - Surfaces must be clean, dry, sound and free of any contamination, mildew, rust or unsound
coatings that may interfere with adhesion. Remove unsound coatings. Always wash surface with appropriate cleaner or
solvent (do not use TSP). Rinse, and allow to thoroughly dry prior to application of primer. Spot prime knots and sap
streaks with Zinsser B-I-N
®
PrimerSealer.
