Interrupt Controller (8259A)
RESET
The 8259A does not receive a reset signal upon power-up or when
pushbutton reset is applied to the ZT 8809A. The part powers up in an
undefined state and may drive the interrupt request to the processor.
You MUST initialize the 8259A prior to enabling processor interrupts
via software.
