Prompt Your Configuration Setting
1. Enter 0 or press Return at the Item
Number (0 to add new
record): prompt to add a new
record.
2. Do one of the following:
– To create a default route, enter
0.0.0.0 at the Destination (or
space to delete route):
prompt, or
– To create a source route, enter the
source route address at the
Destination (or space to
delete route): prompt.
Host/Net = 0.0.0.0
3. Press RETURN at the
Subnet:(nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn):
prompt.

4. Do one of the following:
– When creating a default route, enter
the IP address of the default route at
the Next Hop IP Address
(nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn): prompt, or
– When creating a source route, enter
the IP address of the source route at
the Next Hop IP Address
(nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn): prompt.
