fixed: ports in the port_list are always members of this VLAN (vid) even if GVRP updates say they

should not be

forbidden: ports in the port_list are never members of this VLAN (vid) even if GVRP updates say they

should be

normal: the Switch updates this VLAN's (vid) port members dynamically based on GVRP messages

Example: set vlan fixed 5, 25
