Viewing the system-wide ATMP parameters

area code is 408; the local or Office code is 571 and the local branch of internal numbers begins
with 5600.
The first three parameters define line activity characteristics, the second four provide the
information for generating an ATPM database, and the optional final parameter allows the caller
to end the call before anyone can answer it.
