exemption provision is located in 40 CFR 152.25(f). This chemical is a pesticide product under FIFRA regulations and is subject to
certain labeling requirements. These requirements differ from the classification criteria and hazard information required for safety
data sheets (SDS), and for workplace labels of non-pesticide chemicals. The hazard information on the pesticide label is
