(1) Use bolt 11, plastic pipe W, steel ﬂat

washer V and nut 17 to connect the base

frame with middle supporting tube A1.

(2) Use bolt 5, steel ﬂat washer V,

nut 17 to connect the base frame

to the supporting tube A1 and A2 .

Plastic pipe W is placed between

supporting tube A1 and base support tube B.
