(1) Screw out the nut and install steel bracket Q1,
then screw back the nut and tighten.
(2) Align the holes on steel bracket Q1 and fixing bar.
(3) Align the holes on Aluminum base frame R with
fixing bar and steel bracket Q1.
(4) Screw them with bolt 2 and nut 17.
