The volume knobs on the single- and dual-knob jackboxes can be configured as shown in
the following table, but typically they should be left at their factory defaults.

Setting Audio Levels
The two pots on the Headset Jackbox (Min Volume 1 and Min Volume 2) enable the
installer to set a minimum volume adjustment for the left and right knobs. This can help
prevent a dispatcher from missing calls due to inadvertently setting the volume too low.
• For a dual-knob jackbox, Min Volume 1 adjusts the left knob and Min Volume
2 adjusts the right knob.
• For a single-knob jackbox, Min Volume 1 adjusts the volume knob and Min
Volume 2 does not affect anything.
