Switches
The overall behavior of the jackbox is configured with the 10 DIP switches located in the
center of the rear panel. The following table lists the functions of the various switches
and indicates the default settings configured at the factory.

This switch determines the microphone behavior when more than one headset jackbox is used.
Parallel microphones (switch down) attempts to use both microphones, but this can cause
problems or not work with certain types and combinations of microphones. Primary mic only
(switch up) mutes the extended headset’s microphone if the primary headset is plugged in.
