TCP/IP Configuration
To make the installation as easy as possible, we
integrate a TCP/IP configuration program within this
software driver. If you are going to print jobs using
TCP/IP protocol, please follow the instructions listed
below to configure the print server.
Note: 1. We assume that your Windows 95/98/Me’ s TCP/IP
settings are completely set up before executing this
utility. If the TCP/IP protocol is not installed yet or
is not well configured, please refer to the TCP/IP
Protocol Installation section in previous page of
this chapter.
2. This Zero One Print Port can only run on a
Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000 computer that is located
on the same network segment as the print server(s).
a. Click TCP/IP tab.
b. The print server(s) will be displayed along
with its device name, Node ID, current IP
address, and version.
c. A (new) print server without an IP address will
be shown in red. Select the (new) print server
that you wish to configure according to its Node
ID.
d. Click Configure button.
