BLUETOOTH SPEAKER TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES
Issue Cause What to do
The hood
speakers will
not pair with the
user’s device.
1. The speaker’s Bluetooth is not actively pairing
with any devices.
1. Press the Bluetooth button to signal the
pairing process.
2. The speaker’s Bluetooth has stopped pairing
with devices, signaled by a sound indication.
2. Hold the Bluetooth button for a few seconds to
restart the pairing process.
3. There are competing devices attempting to pair
with the speakers.
3. Disable other Bluetooth devices within the
area.
4. The speaker’s Bluetooth is already paired to
another device.
4. Disconnect the speaker’s Bluetooth from the
device.
The user’s
device will not
pair with the
hood speakers.
1. The user’s device does not have Bluetooth
enabled.
1. Enable Bluetooth on the user’s device.
2. The user’s device may be out of range. 2. Move closer towards the speakers.
3. The user’s device is already paired to another
device.
3. Disconnect the Bluetooth device from the
user’s device.
4. There are multiple errors preventing the user’s
device from pairing with the speaker’s Bluetooth.
4. Restart the user’s device.
The user’s

will not connect
to the speakers.
1. There is an error during the pairing process. 1. Forget (remove) the speaker’s Bluetooth
from the user’s device and retry the pairing
process.
