Graph Functions (6/7)
Real and Elapsed Time
Elapsed time is made available so that sessions which didn’t happen
simultaneously in real time can be compared.
∙
The example shows two non-consecutive laps of the same circuit. In real
time they don’t overlap, so can’t be compared directly.
∙
In elapsed time, both session Start Times are shifted to 00:00:00.
∙
If Elapsed Time data is exported from Analysis, the original timestamp
data is replaced with new timestamps starting at 00:00:00 for all sessions
exported.
Note
Two sessions could also be compared by adding an oset to the timestamp of
one - right click on the session in the Select Session pane and select Change
Time of Session from the context menu, but this will make the session time
change permanent.
