ETC Sensor Portable Pack
Built to the same high quality standards
as ETC Sensor Installation racks,
these sturdy, all-metal packs are ideal
for small tours, theatres, production
facilities, and convention presentations.
Coming in two sizes, the SP12
supports six dual 1.8kW or 2.4kW, six
single 6.0kW, or three 12.0kW dimmer
modules. The SP24 can handle 12 dual
1.8kW or 2.4kW, 12 single 6.0kW,
or six 12.0kW dimmer modules. The
powerful CEM+ control electronics
module features the added functionality
of a network with a graphic user
interface. The CEM+ receives and
manages Ethernet control signals as
well as two DMX-512 inputs. All of
the following dimmer packs are also
available with PBG, L5-20 or Terminal
Strip outputs.

Strand CD80 Dimmer Pack

Strand’s CD80 Dimmer Pack is one of
the most reliable dimming products
ever made and the standard by which
all other dimmers are judged. The
CD80 is available in a full range of
power capacities. Its plug-in
control module accepts multiple
protocols (DMX-512, AMX-192,
+10VDC Analog) and has 4-pin and
5-pin XLR and Analog front panel
control connectors. The CD80 can
accommodate either single phase
120/208 Volt AC, or three phase 120
Volt AC input power, with versatility
from several output connector

“bulletproof” construction.

ETC SmartPack
Responding to the
needs of the portable
dimming industry, ETC
brings the Sensor level of technology to portable dimmer
packs with the introduction of SmartPack. The SmartPack
line of portable dimmer packs is designed to provide thyristor-
based, professional quality dimming in a rugged 19-inch 2U
rack mount package. Available with either six 20A dimmers or
twelve 10A dimmers, SmartPack is the simple-to-use lighting-
control solution for small theatres or roadshow applications;
bands, DJ’s, or danceclubs; nightclub acts, school and
church programs. SmartPack is DMX512A compatible,
RDM-ready and a whole lot more. With the built-in presets
and sequencer, SmartPack can run on its own for permanent
displays and presentations, no need for a console. The
sequencer makes it easy to program sophisticated fade and
wait times directly from the face panel. Once programmed,
the Auto-Restart option allows for completely unattended
operation day after day.

without any other parts,
ensuring lowest possible
cost of ownership. With
built-in presets and
sequencer, SmartPack can run on its own – without a console
– automating permanent displays and presentations. The Auto
Re-start provides convenient hands-off operation day after
day. The Sequencer makes setting up fade times and hold
times easy and intuitive.

SmartBar combines a proven design (over 5,000 sold in
Europe) and a innovative package to provide another Smart
Solution. SmartBar provides an integrated dimming and
xture mounting solution for low and medium power
applications.
SmartBars that accept a 20A 1p input can be connected to a
standard wall outlet for “anywhere dimming.” All the SmartBar
products include 16 built-in chases for unattended operation.
Each dimmer curve can be changed at the control module
which also provides a DMX input and thru connector.
