Installation Instructions Closely follow the instructions set out in this manual. Should it not be possible to discharge cooking fumes and vapour to the outside, the hood can be used in the Ductless (recirculating) version.

Installation Assembling the duct cover support bracket (3 parts): 4. Tape template, matching center-line and hood bottom as shown in Figure below. The three parts should be fixed with 4 screws, the support extension is adjustable and should correspond to the internal width of the upper duct cover. 5. Place the lower support bracket on the template making it coincide with the traced triangle, mark center of two fastener location and one lower fastener location then remove template.
14. If supplied dismounted for shipping, assemble the lower part of the hood with the integral ventilator housing: a. Remove the grease filter (see also Care & Use section - Charcoal filter). b. Rest the integral ventilator housing on a flat surface and thread completely the lower part of the hood onto it. 10. Determine the required height for the conduit and cut a 1-1/4" (3.2 cm) hole at this location.

It is recommended that the cooker hood suction is switched on for 5 minutes prior to cooking and to leave in operation during cooking and for another 15 minutes approximately after terminating cooking.
