Enter a 4-number password using the NUMBERkeypad on the
remote controL.Repeatthe password.
Note: Eachtime you make a changeto the V-CHIP PLus+Setup,you
wilt need to enter a 4-number password.
ChanneL Mapping (foLLow on-screen instructions)
Once the V-CHIP Plus+ Setup menu appears, enter the channel num-
ber you receive the network on if it is different than the VCR+
Channel number Usted for your I.oca[broadcast area. ConsuLt a local
TV guide or contact your cable service company.
For example, if the VCR+ Channel number listed for HBOis 3., and
you view HBO over Channel 4, than change the "is seen on EH" to
number 4. That way when you use the VCR+ PtusCodesto control a
program on HBO, the TV will automatically switch and control
Channel 4. See typical VCR+ChanneLs chart above.
