12. CLEANING
Materials needed for cleaning:
• Solvent
• Gunoil
• Cleaningcloth
• Brush
• Ramrod
WARNING: Wear protective goggles when
using solvent.
• Removethemagazine.
• Extract/ejectanychamberedroundandconrmthatthechamberisclear.
• Disassembletherearm.
• Removethegrippanelsifyouwillusesolventtocleantheframeorotherpartsclose
totheframe(donotcleanthegrippanelswithsolventanddonotlubricatethem).
• Wipedirtysurfaces,parts,slidechannelsandinsidethebarrelwithsolventusingbrush.
• Donotusebrushfrombothendsofthebarrel,cleanfromthechamberendonly.Itisa
bestpracticetonotallowthebrushtoabradethecrownofthemuzzleonanygun.
