PLACING AND CONNECTING ANTENNA ■ Identify an suitable place for installation. ■ Ideal place (on the front glass) for film antenna installation is the one that meets the following conditions: - Vertical: the antenna top should be at least 5 cm away from the car roof for optimum reception performance. - Horizontal: the antenna should be aligned with the car frame (A pillar). ■ Do not install at the following locations: - Where it may block driver‘s view.

Choose for it the radio station, which you want to save as a favourite. In order to save this radio station as a favourite, touch the favourite icon, on which the radio station has to be saved as a favourite, for approx. 3 seconds.

TROUBLESHOOTING Problem The device does not work. Possible Cause Solution The wiring harness for the power supply is not connected properly. Check the wiring harness of the power supply. A fuse for the power supply has blown. Check the fuse and replace it against a new one with the same ampere rating, if it’s broken. The device is switched off or in stand-by mode. Turn on the device. INSTALLATION DER MITGELIEFERTEN ANTENNE ■ Ermitteln Sie zuerst die ideale Stelle, um die Klebeantenne zu montieren. ■ Die ideale Stelle an der Windschutzscheibe, um die Klebeantenne zu montieren und einen einwandfreien Empfang zu gewährleisten, erfüllt die folgenden Vorraussetzungen: - Vertikal: Die obere Kante der Klebeantenne muss mindestens 5 cm vom Fahrzeugdach entfernt sein. - Horizontal: Die Klebeantenne muss parallel zur A-Säule ausgerichtet sein (siehe Installationsübersicht).

FEHLERSUCHE Problem Das Gerät funktioniert nicht. Mögliche Ursache Lösung Das Anschlusskabel für die Spannungsversorgung ist nicht richtig angeschlossen. Überprüfen Sie das Anschlusskabel für die Spannungsversorgung. Eine Sicherung für die Spannungsversorgung ist durchgebrannt. Überprüfen Sie die entsprechenden Sicherungen und ersetzen Sie diese gegebenenfalls durch neue Sicherungen mit identischen Werten. Das Gerät ist ausgeschaltet und befindet sich im Standby Modus.
