Trouble Shooting
PROBLEM POSSIBLE REASON COUNTER MEASURE
Indicator light for
power supply not
working
• The connector is not
connected properly
• No power supply input
• Indicator light is broken
• Check the connector or
replace if broken
• Check the circuitry (especially
whether there is power
supplying the input)
• Replace the circuitry panel
Indicator light for
function is not
working
• The heating indicator
light is broken
• The circuit board or
components are broken
• The temperature sensor
is broken
• Replace the relevant control
panel
• Replace the circuit board
• Check if the connection is
tight
Infrared Heater not
heating up
• The heater is broken
• The wire connection has
loosened
• The circuit board of the
relay is not working
• Replace with a new heater of
the same specifications
• Check the connection to make
sure they are all secure
• Replace the circuit board
Odour coming
from sauna
Issue with the electrical
control board
• The temperature has gone
over the high cut off range and
the power supply may need to
be replaced
• Parts of the circuitry have
broken
Light bulb is not
working
• Light bulb has burnt out
• Light bulb wiring is loose
• Problems with the
electrical control panel
• Replace the light bulb
• Replace the lamp holder
• Repair or replace it
Sauna does not
power up
• Power cord is unplugged
• Outlet has no power
• Power supply or circuit
panel is broken
• Connect power correctly
• Check outlet or circuit breaker
• Replace the power supply or
related circuitry board
The temperature
display show “EP”
• The connector of
temperature sensor is
loose or sensor damaged
• Tighten the connector of
temperature sensor or change
to a new temperature sensor.
The temperature
display show “H”
• The temperature inside
the sauna room is too high
• Turn off the unit, and contact
the manufacture.
The speakers are
not working
The speaker is broken Replace speaker with one of the
same specifications
