DVI In p u t s. D V I or HDMI (when u s ing conversi o n c able)
compatible digital inpu t s. Al l i n puts are fully HDCP com p a t-
ible with bot h D VI and HDMI formats. All inp u t s are fully
HDMI audio compatib l e.
DVI Output.
Digital Audio Inpu t s. Ea c h i nput has an a s s o ciated digital
audio channel w i th both a Coax and a n O ptical connec tion.
Only one of t h e two type s o f inputs can b e a ctive at any
time. The HDV I 5 w ill auto - s elect b e t ween the t wo t ypes of
signals. If a s i gn a l i s supplied to bo t h t he Coax and Optical
inputs, the Coax signal is given prior i ty.
IR Inp u t . Accepts m o d u late d or unmodulated IR s i g n a l s.
RS-232 Po r t .
Z- O U T currently unused, reser ved fo r future use.
DC Power Jack Connec tor. Plug in the supp l i e d powe r
adapter into this jack .
Digital Audio Outputs. All digital a u d io inputs are automat-
ically conve r ted to b o t h Co a x and Optical o u t puts. All three
outputs are available at all t i m es, a nd are all individu a l l y
buffe re d to allow driving t h ree d i f fe rent digital a u d io de -
vices simultaneo u s l y.
