Limited 1 Year Warranty
Zeki Tablets, a brand of Digital Products International (DPI, Inc.) warrants this product to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 1 year for parts and labor from the date
of original purchase. Shipping and handling fees to be paid by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option
during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished

This warranty does not cover:
• If the product or any part thereof, has been damaged or rendered defective through act of God, alteration, abuse,
improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, theft, or by removal or defacement of the factory
serial number/bar code label(s). The opinion of Digital Products International (DPI, Inc.) with respect to this
• Damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, blown fuse, im-
proper use of any electrical source, or attempted repair by anyone other than the Manufacturer.
• Re-manufactured units, product sold AS IS, or closeout product.
• Damage incurred from exposure to liquids, dampness, extreme temperatures, or exposure to weather conditions.
• Cosmetic damages or anything that could be described as physical abuse, including but not limited to; scuffs,
scratches, dents, and/or broken casing around ports, and/or cracks or breakage on the touch screen.
• Damage resulting from excessive force or use of an object when pressing on a touch screen.
• Damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, use of any such third-party content,
products, or services available on or through any such application.
• Damage resulting from Wi-Fi reception or transmission, or viruses or other software problems presented into
the Product.
• Normal wear and tear.
Various third-party applications may be included with, or downloaded to this device. Digital Products International
(DPI, Inc.) does not represent or have any control over these applications. Use of third-party applications is at Own-
er’s sole risk and that the entire risk of unsatisfactory quality. Owner should take precautions to ensure that whatever
is used or purchased is free of such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other items of a destructive nature.
Digital Products International (DPI, Inc.) DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DISCLOSURE OF
INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER PRACTICES OF ANY THIRD-PARTY APPLICATION PROVIDER.
No person or representative is authorized to assume for Digital Products International, Inc. any liability other than
expressed herein in connection with the sale of this product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage so the above limitations
which vary from state to state.
Under no circumstance shall the Manufacturer be liable for any loss (direct, indirect, incidental, foreseen, unfore-
seen, special, or consequential) or for and damage arising out of, or in connection with, use of this product.
Products out of warranty requiring service will be reviewed individually along with the fees associated.
