Included in this package are an airline filter, regulator, ball valve, quick-disconnect hose
fittings and hose.
Using thread-sealer install the 1559A-assy, regulator/ filter to the pump. Before installing the
meter it is recommended that 6’ of hose be pulled out from the reel and placed into the tank-
filler opening. Once this is done connect the air to the regulator and turn on the ball valve. While
holding the hose in the tank filler opening, with your other hand turn the regulator knob until the
pump is running and the air pressure is set at 70 to 100 PSI.
Once all is working and some oil has dispensed turn off the air ball valve, this will clean out the
system before installing the meter. Now you can install your meter using a sealant again on the
threads. If Teflon tape is used be careful not to put it on in a manner that will allow it to get into
the meter. Stay at least one thread away from the end of the fitting. This Zee Line System is
ready for use.

Next install the pick-up tube onto the pump along with the foot valve. Thread sealer should be
used on all threads. Now install the oil pump in the 2” bung allowing for the foot valve to remain
1” to 2” off the bottom of the tank. Thread the bung adapter into the mounting plate then tighten
the bung so the pump is tight. The oil hose should be connected to the reel before connecting it to
the oil pump.
