12. When the pairing process successfully completes, the following message is displayed.
NOTE: The COM port number isdisplayed in the taskbar pop-up. It will only remain for a few
seconds.

Before pairing or adding a Bluetooth-enabled device, make sure it is turned on and discoverable. Your
Windows device may need a Bluetooth adapter to connect to a Bluetooth device. Check with your
Bluetooth device manufacturer’s user manual for further information.
