Installing Hardware Options
Media Roll Core Size Adapters
This option kitmodifies the printer to use media rolls with larger inner roll corediameters.
The media roll adapters option kit includes the screws to attach them. The kits are for the following inner
diameter media cores:
• 38.1 mm (1.5 in.)
• 50.8 mm (2.0 in.)
• 76.2 (3.0 in.)
Adapter Usage
• The adapters are intended to be permanently installed in the printer.
• Adapters may be changed to support other media roll sizes.
• The adapters may loosen if they are changed too many times.
• Remove any debris from the media roll bay before placing a new media roll.
