Replacing Supplies while Using the Printer
If media (labels, receipts, tags, tickets, etc.) run out while printing, leave the printer power on while
reloading media. After you load a new roll of media, press the FEED button to resync and restart printing.
NOTE: Do not turn the printer off to replace the printer media. Dataloss results if you turn off
the printer while printing. By maintaining printer power, printjobs in progress can resume and
complete if a single printout or a batchprint job.
Pressthe FEED button once after reloading media initiates a media resync to the beginning of label.
Pressing the PAUSE will resume the print job in most cases.
Press the FEED buttonafter the media has been resynced or calibratedand the printer's default setting is
to reprint the last label image in the printer.
