Product Warranty Statement
Return Policy
Stock media items may be returned within the first thirty (30) days after receipt, subject to a restocking fee
of 15%. Custom media and custom configured printer items are non-returnable & non-refundable.
All returns must be authorized by obtaining an RMA number from Technical Support (technical failures),
your sales representative (shipment problems or product returns), or the RMA department (by prior
agreement only). Return of units will not be accepted unless the RMA number is clearly marked on the
outside of the box. Any product received without an RMA number will be returned to sender.
All evaluation units are invoiced at full value if not returned within thirty (30) days after receipt unless prior
authorization is obtained. Prior to returning any evaluation unit, an RMA number must be obtained from
your sales representative. Evaluation units are exempt from restocking fees.
Non-media items may be returned within the first thirty (30) days after receipt, subject to a restocking fee
of 15%.
