Custom media ships overnight service unless specified otherwise by the customer.

Payment
Zebra’s standard terms are net 30 days for approved customers only. The reseller can only obtain net
30 credit terms after Zebra’s credit department has approved the reseller’s credit application. Allow up to
two (2) weeks from Zebra’s receipt of the credit application for credit approval. Zebra reserves the right to
set the maximum credit limit of reseller’s credit line, and Zebra reserves the right to discontinue resellers
net 30 terms at any time
Zebra reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. This price list supersedes all
previous price lists.
Payment must be made in advance by one of the following methods: C.O.D., bank transfer, credit card
payment or an acceptable letter of credit, unless standard net 30 day terms have been established by
customer and Zebra.
Delivery may be made from multiple manufacturing facilities. Freight terms are FOB from each Zebra
location. Insurance will be included and billed to the customer, unless otherwise stated. Zebra will ship by
ground transportation unless an alternative shipping method is specified on the purchase order. Title and
risk of loss will pass on delivery to the carrier. Zebra will not be liable for shipment delays of any kind
beyond its control.

For all product requests, the customer must issue to Zebra Technologies International, LLC/Card Printer
Solutions (via fax, mail or e-mail) a purchase order. All purchase orders will state the Zebra part number,
brief product description, quantity required, price per unit, requested delivery schedule, payment terms,
and bill & ship to information. Order entry department will fax order acknowledgments and/or proforma
invoices within 48 hours (this may take longer if the order information is incomplete). For order status
and/or shipping inquiries, please contact your order entry representative.
The minimum order is $50.
The standard product lead-time is five (5) working days after receipt of your purchase order. A rush fee of
$100.00 will be added to orders placed for same day shipment (if product is available); order must be
received before 11:00 a.m. PST. Customer orders with wire transfer terms will be scheduled to ship within
14 days after receipt of bank confirmation unless otherwise notified.
