communicated to you as a function of your reseller relationship with Zebra Technologies and its Card
Printer Solutions group. Zebra requests that you will not disclose any confidential and/or proprietary
information regarding Zebra's products, trade secrets, inventions, practices, policies or procedures without
prior written permission from Zebra. Failure to maintain the confidentiality of this Zebra proprietary
information is a serious breach of your reseller partnership with Zebra and will result in the termination of
your Reseller relationship with Zebra. Upon termination of your Reseller Agreement, or if you do not
accept the terms set forth herein, this document must be returned in its entirety to Zebra.
