Fault Causes Remedies
The vacuum suddenly stops Thermic protection tripped (red
warning light)
Check the setting of the thermic
protector
Check the motor power draw
Reset the thermic protector
The efciency of the vacuum has
dropped
Gauze lter clogged
Suction pipe clogged
Clean the netting basket
Clean the suction pipe
Fluid spills from the exhauster si-
lencer
Level gauge is blocked
Level gauge is faulty
Demount and clean
Replace level gauge
Electrostatic current on the vacuum Non-existing or inefcient earthing Check all earth connections, check
suction inlet tting. Pipe must also
