• Open head release latch and media cover.

• Generously apply alcohol using either the cleaning pen supplied

with the printer or an alcohol-saturated cotton swab to the area

of jammed label.

Caution – Never use sharp or pointed object when attempting

to remove a label jam.

• No application loaded or application corrupted:

program must be reloaded.
