Installation Instructions
This kit includes the parts necessary to install the RK18407-001 Kit MZ 220 Door
Rubber and the RK18449-001 MZ 320 Door Rubber Replacement Kits in the MZ
220 and 320 model printers respectively. Read these instructions thoroughly
before attempting to install this kit.

Tools Required
• Flat bladed Screwdriver or Tool p/n CF18427-1
Cautions
Caution • This installation must be performed only by a qualified service technician.
Unless otherwise specified, always turn the printer off before performing any repair procedures.
MZ SERIES DOOR RUBBER REPLACEMENT KITS
Remove the Door, Rubber
1. Open the Door Rubber and pull on it to remove it from the lower housing.
Install the Replacement Door, Rubber
1. Insert the retaining feature of the Door, Rubber into the slot of the lower housing.
2. Using the flat side of a slotted head screwdriver, or tool p/n CF18427-1, push the
retaining feature of the Door, Rubber into the slot, so that it is captured inside the
lower housing.
