Obtaining Service
If service is required for your printer, please contact the company where you purchased your printer. If they are
unable to assist you, contact Dascom Customer Service at 877-434-1377 to obtain the name of the nearest
Dascom Authorized Service Center.
If you wish to return your printer to Dascom for service, please contact Dascom Customer Service at 877-434-
1377 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Units returned without a Return Authorization will not be
accepted.
