• In the event of a battery leak, do not allow the liquid to come in contact with the skin or
eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area with large amounts of water
and seek medical advice.
• If you suspect damage to your equipment or battery, contact Zebra support to arrange
for inspection.
Removing the Battery
1. Lift the notched corner of the battery cover.
2. Carefully lift the battery cover off the device.
3. On the 8.4” version, push the two locking tabs up, then pull up on the tab to remove
battery.
On the 10.1” version, push the two locking tabs up (1), then, using index fingers, lift the
battery up (2).
