8. Verify that the Update apps automatically switch is grayed out and locked to off-position. If it is, then the
following steps should help:
a. Close the Microsoft Store app.
b. Run
regedit.
c. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\WindowsStore.
d. Select the AutoDownload item and press the Delete key to remove it.
e. Confirm removal.
f. Re-open the Microsoft Store app.
g. Select ...in the top right corner and then select Settings.
h. Ensure that the Update apps automatically is still in the off position. If not, change it to off position.
i. Reboot the device. The display language should be correct without further actions.
Using the Passive Stylus
The optional Passive Stylus provides easy writing, drawing, and navigation and accuracy with the thin tip. The
stylus is designed to work on the tablet as an alternative to finger touch input. Use the stylus to select objects,
drawing, taking notes, and signing documents.
• To perform a mouse left click, press the tip of the stylus on the object to click.
• To drag and select multiple objects or text on the screen, press the tip against the screen and drag.
• To perform a mouse right click, place the tip of the stylus on the object, hold down until a circle appears and
then release.
• To switch from stylus to touch mode, lift the pen off the screen and wait about 1.5 seconds before touching
the screen.
