Optional Character
Set Differences
The EPL2 optional language character set
replace the EPL2 standard character set for
code page 850 (Latin / Multilingual). This group
includes the P2242 printer.
The optional character set physically replaces
the firmware’s memory location for code page
850, 8 bit font and access the character maps by
using the following I command string:

The FLASH architecture printer supports 20
character sets. The flash printer character sets
are complete code page sets listed below.
