+OCL Command - Offset Contactless
P310F and P420 Printers offer a means to program
Proximity Cards (also called Contactless Cards).
This command includes a parameter that specifies
the steps from the Card Sensor to a card position
suitable for Proximity Card programming.
Syntax

Parameters p1 = Steps past Card Sensor (Defaults to 2000)
