1A. Insert short arm of
Platen Spring into Printer
Frame
1B. Rotate the Spring until
the long arm is vertical.
Slide the Spring into the
Printer Frame.
Rotate the short arm of
the Platen Spring as
shown, while bending it
against the stop.
Slide the short arm of the Platen
Spring into the groove in the Printer
Body. The short arm should hook
over the projection inside the printer
as in View A-A.
