Installing the Print Head Assembly

Caution: Use care when handling the Tear Bar to avoid being cut on the

serrated edge.

1. Install the Print Head Assembly.

Align the Print Head Assembly with the mounting slots in the Print Mechanism and

carefully press the Print Head assembly into the slots until the Head is fully seated

and the Print Head Latches snap into place, locking the Print Head Assembly in

place.

2. Plug all connectors into the CPU board and Install the CPU board. Refer to either

“CPU Board - Cameo 2” or “CPU Board - Cameo 3.”

3. Install the Top Cover. Refer to “Top Cover - Cameo 2 & 3.”

4. Install the Media, close the media cover, and install the battery. Refer to the

Press in until fully seated and

Locking Latches snap in place.
