2.4 GHZ ANTENNA, CAMEO 2 - AN16793-019
Installing the 2.4 GHz Antenna (PCC digit 7 = 4 or B)
Insert the 2.4 GHz Antenna at the very bottom edge of the Chassis as shown
below. Center the blue coaxial cable on the top of the battery compartment,
and slide the antenna board between the two bosses at the bottom of the lower
case as shown. Secure the antenna to the lower chassis with Super-Bond
tape.
You must use an ESD strap and work at a properly grounded
workstation (antistatic mat or tray). All electronic components must
be placed on an ESD protective tray. If stored, any electronic
components must be placed in antistatic bags.
Be careful not to damage the actuator on the head open switch
while working on the Cameo Chassis.
