Removing a Keypad or Label
Pry and peel the label or keypad. Using alcohol and a scraper, carefully
remove any glue residue from the surface.
Attaching a Keypad
Remove the adhesive backing from Keypad, carefully align the label with the
recess in the Cameo Top Cover as illustrated, and press the keypad in place.
Attaching a Bluetooth Label
A Bluetooth label is used if your printer is configured with Bluetooth (PCC digit
7 = B or 4): Apply the Bluetooth Logo Label over the Keypad, carefully aligning
it to sit properly on the Keypad.
Attaching an IR Label
If PCC digit 7 = 2, apply the IR Label over the Keypad as shown.
Attaching a Product ID Label
Remove adhesive backing from Product ID Label and carefully align in well for
Product ID and apply to Top Cover. Note orientation of text in illustration on
opposite page.
Attaching a Card Swipe Label
If PCC digit 12 = 1 or 4:
Turn the Cameo so that you face the end of the printer as in View A-A. Place
the Card Swipe Label in the recess in the Top Cover, as shown. The “double
arrow” on the Swipe Label should face towards the top of the printer.
