Tighten ribbon.
After you load media, hold the ribbon snug with
the thumb wheel and close the print head. See
label and tag (media) loading, page 14.
Press the FEED button (printer power must be
on) to remove slack and properly seat the rib-
bon. Repeat until the slack is removed.
